SamPistonBF Series 5
The samPiston BF series 5 sampling valve is an absolutely dead space free valve for flush wall mounting in tanks and tubes. It is a plug valve and suitable for liquids and viscous media in tanks, containers and tubes. It can be used at temperatures up to 200° C.
Due to the Chevron sealings the valve is low-maintenance and absolutely leak free.

The samPiston BF series 5 has a handwheel, by which the plug is drawn back. A red marking signals the opening of the outlet, so that the escape of liquid can be controlled easily. On the underside is the diagonal outlet, on which many different adapters and connections can be attached.
An extended plug (optional) can be used to peel off crustifications of products tending to polymerisation / crystallisation.
After the required sample volume has been taken, the crank handle is turned clockwise and the valve is closed. The last turning of the crank handle sets the special chrome sealings under pressure, so that the valve is absolutely tight. Guaranteed!
