Tube Sampler for Powders and Granules

Many powders and granules aren't homogenous at all, especially after transport. To achieve a really representative sample, it was necessary to take many small single samples from different depths and to put them together to a composite sample.

Not anymore - with our simple yet clever Tube samplers it is possible to take an average sample from the surface to the bottom.

Application / Suitability:

The Tube sampler is suitable for the sampling of fine powders and bulks with a bulk density of approx. 1 kg / L in any container. The product should be free flowing. If you are unsure please send us a sample of your product for testing.

Operation:

Insert the Tube sampler into the product until the desired depth. When pulling back the sampler, the patented flap mechanism closes and the sample is kept in the tube.
