SamFlow Squeeze Valve

Sampling Valve for powders & granules from conveying lines. Suitable for food production requirements.

 

The SamFlow system consists of :

Squeeze valve made from POM

Collar suitable for food production requirements

Connection for compressed air, min. 1,5 bar over conveying pressure (quick connection clutch)

Bottle connection made from PTFE (for PP bottle)

Deaeration 1/8" with connected filter 0,2 micron

Stainless steel parts 1.4404 / 1.4571

 

Suitable for pneumatic conveylines up to 3.5bar conveying pressure.

Operation

By opening the squeeze valve repeatedly and shortly, the product will be conveyed into the bottle.

 

Scope of supply: Sampler as described, 2 pcs. sample bottles 1 Litre made from PP (others on request).
