Innovation 2011 - safe grounding Clamp

About 80% of electrostatic ignitions are caused by not grounded items e.g. drums during filling or emptying. Did you know that a „normal“ grounding clamp can cause such an ignition? This can happen when the clamp will be connected too late. Then the drum is already charged and when approaching a grounded metal clamp a discharge causing a spark may occur.

SparkSafe®, made from conductive plastic makes such late grounding much safer. Due to it’s resistor properties SparkSafe® does not allow high energetic discharges causing sparks. On the other hand the conductivity is good enough to ensure proper earthing.

Smart Glide

The SmartGlide sampling system has been developed for the smart and easy sampling from free

falling powders / granules from non-pressurized systems such as downpipes, chutes or ducts up to 500mm diameter.

The standard sample size per stroke is approx. 180ml.
