SAFE-SPIRAL ABRA

Safe-Spiral Abra is 2-coloured Wear Indicator –spiral. It has black surface and yellow interior.
Safe-Spiral Abra helps you to identify the spots that need more careful observation: once the black top layer wears off and you can see the yellow colour, you know the spiral needs to be monitored and soon changed to a new one.
Abrasion of this spiral is very minimal, even though the thickness of the top layer is only 0.5mm. It would take approximately 1000km or 415 hours to wear off, at 1.9 MPa surface pressure (pin-on-disk tester).
Safe-Spiral Abra is produced by double extrusion from HD Polyethylene and has round edges as normal Safe-Spiral.
Safe-Spiral Abra is available in following diameters:
OD 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm and 75mm
Lengths: available only in coils of 25 m (75mm =20m)
Safe-Spiral Abra is not a stock item but produced only after order
