A popular sampler in the pharmaceutical industry for taking a small volume (UDS) sample of cohesive powders.
his sampling technique is to reduce the effect of separation.
The sample chamber can be exchanged, hence different volumes can be sampled.
Volumes: 0.25ml / 0.50ml / 0.75ml / 1.00 ml
Type: Single Point Unit Dose Sampler
Material: 316 stainless steel, polished finish.
Operation:
- Insert the sampler into the product.
- At the required depth push down the handle and rotate it through 180°.
- Pull up sampler several millimetres (to fill the cell), then rotate handle 180° (to lock cell in closed position).
- Remove sampler.
