"Archimedio" Hydrostatic Dipping Bottle

Our latest development in the field of sampling liquids!

For the represantative sampling of different layers in tanks and high containers. The device takes an average sample of all layers so that the sample volume will increase continuously while lowering the sampler. The max. sample volume depends on the product density and the depth to where the sample is lowered. In water and 20m depth the max. sample volume amounts to approx. 1.3 liters.

Dipping bottles for sampling liquids according to DIN 51750 and DIN 53242

Dipping bottles are commonly used for the withdrawl of samples from tanks or tank wagons. They can be lowered into the liquid with a rope or a chain.
Depending on the liquid type it is important to avoid electrostatical charge or materials that can cause sparks.

Dipping bottle M20

Made of material that does not cause a spark (brass). Diameter ca. 80 mm
Height ca. 350 mm

Operation: After lowering the bottle into liquid the bung is pulled with a hitch. The liquid enters the bottle.

Immersion cylinder M22

Acc. to DIN 51750, brass, nickel plated.

Using a second rope or cable enables the user to open the valve at the desired depth. Otherwise ground contact will open the valve.

The sample can easily be filled in a suitable container using the integrated stop cock.

Sediment Sampler

When touching the ground or the product the sample is captured inside the two bowls.

The Sediment-Snapper can be used in two different ways:

It can be attached to the Telescopic Sampler Zooom . Ideal for sediments und and sampling from far locations.
