SamConomy
A state-of-the-art quality control requires
a high frequent sampling preferably
without human labour.
In order to maintain tracability it is
necessary to change the sample
containers according the defined
schedule. The new sample cabinet
SamConomy is the most economic
system for this task. In contains up to 24
sample containers, which are filled with
product samples following a predefined
schedule. The Siemens Logo SPS does
control the belonging sampler via a 24V
Signal.
The rigid cabinet made from fiber
reinfarced resin with dual wall
construction requires only 60x60cm and
protects the samples from
environemental contamination. Thanks to
the stainless steel basket the set of
bottles can be changed in seconds.

A High degree of automation requires an automated change of the sampling container after a determined period of time (or a number of samples). Like that the sample in each container can be assigned to a definite period of time. All sample containers can then be collected in only one working process.
Mode of operation:
-After each sampling the sample container or bottle is changed up to 12 times. Plastic or glass bottles can be used.
The sample bottles are protected by a plexiglass hood that can be opened for changing the containers.
Clean transfer of the sample into the bottle is realized by lifting the bottle and sealing it to the spout. Connection to sampler 1,5 or 2” Triclamp.

These simple yet clever collection systems are fixed to the sampler outlet spout with a Triclamp.
The bottle adaptor is manufactured to suit GL 45 thread or custom made.

The most economic way to withdraw the samples from the sampler without risk of contamination is the use of the Layflat liner system. In combination with our liner clips it is easy to separate the sample hermetically sealed while the process remains closed at all times. Especially with toxic products this protects both operator and environment.
